CleanLeads is a business-to-business subscription service. We provide installers and trades with exclusive leads of local homeowners and projects needing home-improvement work (such as extensions, solar, and kitchens) in their chosen area.
Leads are provided for your own lawful business outreach. We do not guarantee that any lead will become a customer, that contact details are complete or current, or any particular result. You are responsible for how you contact businesses and for complying with all applicable laws (including marketing and data-protection rules) when you do so.
The service is £79 per month, billed in advance via our payment processor, Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; no charge is taken during the trial. After the trial, the monthly fee recurs automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because the service is delivered continuously, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing.
You may use the leads only for your own legitimate business outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the lead data, or use it for any unlawful or harassing purpose.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanLeads is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.
