CleanLeads ("we," "us") supplies business leads to commercial service companies. Each lead identifies a food-service establishment in the City of Chicago that has failed a health inspection, together with the details of that inspection, matched to the subscriber's trade and chosen coverage areas.
New firms may receive a free week of leads. The free week requires no payment details and creates no obligation. During a free week we apply the same one-firm-per-trade-per-territory rule to the trial firm's territory. If you do not continue after the free week, delivery simply stops.
We sell each combination of trade and territory to one firm at a time. While your subscription is active, we will not supply leads for your trade in your territory to another CleanLeads subscriber. Exclusivity applies to leads supplied by CleanLeads only.
Lead details are compiled from restaurant health-inspection results. We do not control and cannot warrant the accuracy of those results, and we do not guarantee that any lead will respond, purchase services, or be suitable for your business. Leads are prospects, not confirmed customers.
Leads are supplied for your firm's own business development. You may not resell, redistribute, or share CleanLeads lead deliveries outside your firm. When contacting leads you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service in any month is limited to the subscription fee you paid for that month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
We may update these terms; we will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
